1. Binding Agreement and Mission

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Air Made Easy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity ("User," "Manager," "Subscriber," or "you") who accesses our manual property management software suite located at airmadeeasy.online.

By creating an account, selecting a subscription tier, or accessing any secure "Walled Garden" routes on our platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this document. This Agreement supersedes all previous oral or written communications.

2. Detailed Description of the SaaS Ecosystem

Air Made Easy provides a proprietary, cloud-based manual financial reconciliation environment specifically engineered for the short-term rental (STR) hospitality sector.

2.1 The Manual Ledger Module

The core of our Service is a "Manual-First" ledger. Users are provided with tools to record, categorize, and archive revenue from disparate sources (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Direct Bookings) without the security vulnerabilities associated with automated API integrations.

2.2 The Owner Transparency Portal

Subscribers on Pro and Agency plans are granted the right to white-label and distribute secure viewing access to Property Owners. This portal serves as a read-only mirror of the data manually validated by the Manager.

2.3 Reporting and Analytics

Our engine aggregates user-input data to generate:

• •Margin Analysis Reports: Calculating Net Operating Income (NOI).
• •Payout Summaries: Professional PDF generation for owner disbursements.
• •Occupancy Visualizers: Graph-based representations of portfolio health.

3. Subscription Tiers, Billing, and Renewal

Access to the Air Made Easy ecosystem is structured via a tiered subscription model designed to scale with your agency's growth.

3.1 Tier Definitions

• •Starter Plan: Designed for emerging managers (Up to 5 properties). Includes core ledger access and basic reporting.
• •Pro Plan: Optimized for growing agencies (Up to 25 properties). Includes the Owner Portal and priority ticketing support.
• •Agency Plan: Enterprise-level access (Unlimited properties). Includes custom branding, API access (where applicable), and dedicated account management.

3.2 Recurring Billing Logic

By initiating a subscription via PayPal, you acknowledge that this is a recurring transaction. The Service Fee will be billed on the same calendar day each month (the "Billing Cycle"). You authorize Air Made Easy to initiate automated debits via our payment processors until a formal cancellation is logged.

3.3 Price Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with a thirty (30) day notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

4. Data Integrity and User Warranty

Because Air Made Easy is a manual tracking tool, the User is the ultimate "Data Controller."

4.1 No Automated Verification

You acknowledge that Air Made Easy does not independently verify the accuracy of the revenue, expenses, or occupancy dates you enter. We provide the "Canvas"; you provide the "Paint."

4.2 Indemnification for Reporting Errors

If you provide an incorrect Payout Summary to a Property Owner based on your own manual data entry errors, Air Made Easy shall not be held liable for any financial disputes, legal actions, or loss of reputation that follows.

5. Platform Security and "Walled Garden" Protocols

We utilize advanced defensive architecture to protect the financial confidentiality of our users.

5.1 Route Obfuscation and Session Keys

Access to functional pages (e.g., /clientplans, /buy, /dashboard) requires an active, authenticated Session Token. We utilize URL Masking and History State Management to ensure that internal dashboard structures are not exposed to public referrers or unauthorized crawlers.

5.2 Attempted Circumvention

Any attempt to bypass our "Middleware Guards," access routes without a valid u_id parameter, or reverse-engineer our secure logic will result in an immediate permanent ban and the forfeiture of any remaining subscription balance.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for:

• •Unlawful Activity: Including the tracking of revenue from illegal properties or money laundering.
• •Data Mining: Using automated bots or "scrapers" to extract data from our UI.
• •Impersonation: Representing yourself as an AirMadeEasy employee or agent.
• •Spam: Using the "Invite Owner" feature to send unsolicited marketing emails.

7. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Air Made Easy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software.

• •Proprietary Rights: All code, logic, design patterns, and "Manual Logic" workflows are the sole property of the Company.
• •Trademarks: The name "Air Made Easy" and our logo may not be used in your marketing without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Made Easy, its officers, and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• •No Financial Advice: Our reports are for informational purposes only. We are not your accountant, tax advisor, or legal counsel.
• •Service Interruptions: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for losses during temporary maintenance windows or "Edge" server outages.

9. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

In the event of a dispute:

• •Direct Mediation: You agree to attempt to resolve the issue via our support team first.
• •Arbitration: If mediation fails, all disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in a general court.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal dashboard or the "Billing" section of our app.

• •No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current cycle.
• •Data Export: You are responsible for exporting your ledger data prior to the end of your billing cycle.

11. Entire Agreement

This document, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Air Made Easy. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force.
